Our Cookery courses are delivered by the Culinary Collective – NZMA's Culinary School.
In this FREE practical course, you'll get to know yourself and discover a range of things you can study in the NZMA family. Over 16 weeks you'll get to try out one or more of our most popular subjects.
This intermediate-level programme really helps to build on your cookery skill set. You’ll learn about a wide range of cookery techniques and disciplines, and gain confidence working in a commercial kitchen environment.
If you want to become a baker or to train further as a patisserie chef, this course teaches you a full array of baking techniques and gives you real world experience with a five week internship.
If you want to be a professional chef at the top of your field, look no further. Our diploma gives you the advanced cookery skills, knowledge and experience you’ll need to succeed in today’s kitchens. You’ll also have an opportunity to secure an internship where you’ll gain invaluable work experience.
