New Zealand Certificate in Sport, Recreation, and Exercise (Level 3) Our sports and recreation course will give you the tools you need to build your life and leadership skills while you learn more about sport and fitness.
There will be plenty of practical opportunities for you to enhance your technical skills and learn outside the classroom. You’ll get to develop exercise programmes, learn about personal fitness and growth.
You’ll learn the essentials of planning a successful sport event, basic sport nutrition, coaching techniques and grow your understanding of health and wellness for athletes in an exciting and interactive learning approach.

Domestic Students
Campus Course Costs: $5,180
Student Services Levy: $200
Entry is open to domestic students only, on the basis of the following criteria:
Applicants must hold a NZQCF level 2 qualification or equivalent.
Applicants with English as a second language must demonstrate sufficiency in English language at interview.
All applicants will be informed of the nature of the practical components in the programme as they must be able to participate in range of suitable sport, health, exercise, and recreation activities.
