Certificate in Health Studies (Advanced) (Level 4)
This programme will provide basic knowledge in the field of health and equip students with academic skills to enhance further study and/or a career pathway in the context of health.
This new vocational Health programme will provide practical skills and prepare you for employment as a support worker in healthcare. You will also have three weeks’ work experience at a health care provider.
As the only recognised domestic student foundation pathway provider to AUT health programmes, this course is ideal preparation for further studies in health at AUT and other tertiary providers. You will gain important knowledge about health and develop a wide range of academic skills to support your future success in a tertiary environment.
This programme will prepare students for a career in the field of health management, professional retail management, project management, or supply chain management.
