CERTIFICATE IN CONTACT CENTRES - LEVEL 3

This course teaches you everything you need to get a foot in the door to some of the country’s most exciting contact centres. You’ll graduate knowing how to use the latest contact centre systems and equipment and you will have developed some excellent customer service, communication, business administration and computing skills. If you’re already working as a team leader in a contact centre, or training towards it, then this is the qualification for you. It’ll arm you with top-notch supervisory skills as well as the specialised statistical and technological skills expected of team leaders in the industry.
