It includes classroom and practical learning, along with extensive work placement in the pharmacy industry.

  • New Zealand Certificate in Pharmacy (Introduction to Pharmacy Practice) (Level 3)

Domestic Students:

International Students:

72+12 weeks: Tuition Fees: NZD$37,000, Course Fee: NZD$1,000

Year 1: NZD$19,000, Course Fee: NZD$600

Year 2: NZD$19,000, Course Fee: NZD$600

The New Zealand Government has imposed an international student levy on tuition and course related fees. From 1 January 2019 the levy will be 0.89% of the compulsory tuition fees.

Entry Requirements

  • Applicants must be ages 18 or older.
  • Year 12-13 academic achievement or complementary tertiary qualification, or demonstration of equivalent skills and knowledge.
  • Applicants whose first language is not English require an IELTS academic score of 6.0 with no band score lower than 5.5.
  • Note: Domestic applicants will be given a pre-entry assessment and interview to assist with planning their studies.
  • If you’re a permanent resident but English is your second language, we may get you to sit an English Language Assessment.
  • International students must have travel and medical insurance and a valid visa.
