Keith has a broad range of experience in the business sector, both here and in the UK. He has built a top-performing debt collection team from scratch, created 100 percent profit from a break-even business, and taken 167,000 calls during an election campaign on behalf of the Electoral Enrolment Office.
Hailing from Gatehead, England, Keith moved to New Zealand nine years ago. His key focus has been in the area of Business Management, and he has worked across large multinationals, national businesses and smaller localised entrepreneurial ventures. These opportunities have exposed him to all levels of business responsibility, understanding and expectations from Team Manager to Operations Manager to Contact Centre Manager of Multi Site Operations. A keen adventurer, Keith also coaches young individuals to develop confidence, personal self-worth and awareness via the Scouting Association and Mountain Safety Council.
