NZMA’s new Sylvia Park Campus took centre stage at the Property Council NZ Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards on Friday night (June 6).
Receiving the award with the NZMA executive team are representatives from Greenstone Group, Godward Guthrie, White Associates and Brosnan Construction.
Held at the Viaduct Events Centre, the ceremony celebrates the best of the country’s property sector. NZMA was amongst the chosen few, earning an award of ‘Excellence’ in the Coffey Education and Arts Property Award category, competing against big players such as AUT and the historic Knox College in Dunedin.
NZMA Chairman Tim Cullinane
NZMA’s Chairman Tim Cullinane was thrilled that NZMA is not only leading the way in the cookery, hospitality and business sectors, but is also gaining recognition for the learning facilities it provides.
“This is a wonderful achievement, and really highlights the leading-edge facilities we offer our students,” he said.
The new campus – previously an industrial space – was designed by Matthew Godward, from Godward Guthrie Architecture.
