Our practical certificate and diploma courses will give you the qualifications you need to launch an exciting career in hospitality, cookery or business. Through our Diploma in Applied Hospitality and our Diploma in Professional Cookery you’ll even graduate with extensive work experience – both these courses include a 600 hour full-time paid internship! All NZMA’s qualifications are accredited by NZQA and we have domestic and international pathways so you can take your studies all the way through to degree level.
