If you’ve got your sights set on retail management, this programme will take you a giant step closer. It will give you the skills you need to manage teams in an effective manner, in a bicultural and multicultural workplace. This is vital if you are employed in a first line management role.
Course content includes:
Business Operations - Gain knowledge of business operational processes and understand the effects of the internal and external environment
Stocktake - Plan and manage stocktake
Human Resource Management - Learn about HR management in a retail environment, including topics such as KPIs and performance management
Staff Management - Gain skills to manage staff and maximise employment relations
What qualifications will I gain?

Entry Requirements
You need to be 17 or older and achieve the required level in our evaluation.
You must have studied at secondary school for at least four years, or have a relevant Level 3 or higher qualification. Alternatively you would need relevant work experience.
If you’re a permanent resident but English is your second language, we may get you to sit an English Language Assessment.
