Study Health at NZMA

This new vocational Health programme will provide practical skills and prepare you for employment as a support worker in healthcare. You will also have three weeks’ work experience at a health care provider.

Entry Requirements

  • Pass the NZMA literacy and numeracy test
  • Have an acceptable New Zealand Police Vet before entry to the programme. If the programme begins before the Vet report has been received from the New Zealand Police, students may begin the programme but may not attend any practical experience at a health care provider until an acceptable report has been received
