Study Retail at NZMA

Whether you’re already working in retail, or are trying to get a foot in the door, this intermediate/supervisory level qualification will ensure you stand out from the crowd.

You’ll learn about workplace training, sales and consumerism and customer service, and you’ll gain retail skills that will impress the most discerning employer. Better still, you’ll graduate with plenty of authentic work experience through working in our on-campus retail shop. This course will also give your English and maths skills a boost!

Entry Requirements 

  • You need to be 16 or older.
  • If you’re a permanent resident but English is your second language, we may get you to sit an English Language Assessment.
