Graduates

One of NZMA’s top priorities is to get people started in their new careers. Our high quality training specialises in hospitality, business and contact centre – and our courses are well-recognised and highly respected by the industries they serve.

Many of our graduates are now employed overseas, while others can be found in some of this country’s leading hotels, restaurants and bars.  The booming contact centre industry is filled with employees who learnt their skills in the classrooms of NZMA.  Many began their careers as Customer Service Representatives and have already been promoted to supervisory or managerial positions.  Graduates of NZMA’s business certificate and diploma courses are also enjoying bright, successful futures, in a diverse range of businesses from banks and insurance companies to high-tech IT companies.

It is no surprise then,once armed with their NZMA qualifications, our graduates quickly land work in their chosen fields and forge dynamic, exciting career paths.  NZMA has helped to shape the careers – and lives – of people not just from within New Zealand but from all over the world.
