“I looked into the course and was impressed that it covered everything, from the origins of coffee to how to use an espresso machine.  On top of that the structure of the course was half theory and half practical - this was a course where I could learn more about coffee and also build my skills.”

My tutor was friendly, approachable and very helpful. She made learning fun, especially as most of us were in the same boat – mums returning to the workforce.

NZMA was great. There are so many different cultures and different kinds of people there. All the tutors and staff are very supportive – they really built up my self esteem. Thanks to them I am where I am today. I couldn’t have done it without them.

After the course finished I had an interview at Castle Parcels. I was offered the job and started work the week after I graduated from NZMA! I never expected it would work out so well.
