Twelve Certificate in Supervision students recently ran a project to raise funds and collect donations for the Salvation Army. The culmination of the seven-week project was a free catered Christmas party for approximately 220 NZMA students and staff!

NZMA’s Auckland Central Academy was very busy last week hosting a number of functions including a silver service breakfast, a themed Table De Hoté lunch and a BBQ buffet. These functions have been a great introduction for ACA’s students to the new the units offered through the City & Guilds Diploma in Food and Beverage.
