This programme is the first 20-weeks of our Government-led Youth Guarantee programme. After completing the National Certificate in Hospitality (Entry Skills) Level 2, you can choose from our Level 3 Business, Hospitality, Contact Centre or Retail programmes.

Level 3 NZMA Certificate in Hospitality and Employment Skills is a 20-week programme offered at NZMA’s Auckland Central, Panmure, Auckland South and Waikato Academies.

Level 4 National Certificate in Hospitality is a 25-week programme offered at NZMA’s Auckland South, Auckland Central, Panmure and Waikato Academies.

Level 5 National Diploma in Hospitality is a 240 credit programme offered over 2-years at NZMA’s Auckland South, Panmure and Waikato Academies.

Level 5 Diploma in Hospitality Management is a 1-year programme offered at NZMA's Auckland Central Academy.

Level 6 Diploma in Hospitality Management is a 192 credit programme, offered at NZMA's Auckland Central Academy.
